Event FAQs
Grad Night is a Prospect High PTSA tradition that celebrates the graduates with a safe and sober, fun-filled, exciting celebration on the night of graduation. This event is being organized by the parents of the senior class. Graduates will be bussed to a secret location (within the Bay Area) and will enjoy a variety of activities, food, prizes and entertainment as they celebrate all together for the last time! We need your help to make it a memorable night on Thursday, June 6th, 2024!
The Grad Night event is NOT sponsored, endorsed, or funded by Prospect High School or CUHSD. The Grad Night Committee is working under the Prospect High PTSA. This event is organized 100% by parent volunteers. Contact us if you need more information at gradnight@prospectptsa.org.
Thursday, June 6 through early morning of Friday June 7, 2024. Later in the evening of graduation (exact time TBD), students will return to Prospect to check in and will board buses that will take them to the secret Grad Night location.

Yes. We carefully choose the site that can be monitored by facility security and volunteer parents throughout the night.
It is kept secret for two reasons: one is to keep the students guessing about the location, which adds to the adventure, and second is to assure that there is no contraband or gate crashing. Only a handful of parents will know the site. Committee members and volunteers will be informed on a need-to-know basis.
Included is the venue cost, the charter buses, food, beverages, activities, and entertainment for the whole night. If the cost of this ticket poses a financial hardship, please email gradnight@prospectptsa.org
A percentage of the event is funded by ticket sales and the other portion is funded by donations as well as fundraising events organized by our fundraising committee. Please consider making a direct donation to Grad Night and participating in our fundraising events.
The goal is to provide a full night of safe celebration for the graduates.
No. In the event of an emergency, the Grad Night committee volunteers will notify a parent or guardian to pick up their student.
